| MR. THIBAULT FLICHY – Managing Director Mr. Thibault Flichy holds a master’s degree in business from the NOEMA Business School bringing with him a strong educational
background to complement his extensive professional experience. Mr. Flichy has over 20 years of extensive management experience
and has served within the TotalEnergies Group in various capacities. He previously served as the Vice President of Mobility, Vice
President of Africa Retail Network (Marketing and Digital), Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies Marketing Senegal, Chief Executive
Officer of TotalEnergies Marketing Burkina Faso, and Commercial Director at TotalEnergies Marketing Burkina Faso, among others.
Prior to this appointment, he was the Program Director for the Electricity Start-up Accelerator at TotalEnergies. His deep industry
expertise and leadership experience across multiple regions will be instrumental in driving the Company’s operations and
expanding its footprint in the Kenyan market. |

| MS LAWRENCIA GICHATHA - Finance Manager Born in 1977, Ms Lawrencia Gichatha holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Strategic Management from Moi University,
Kenya and a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is a qualified and
registered member of ICPAK. Lawrencia joined TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC in 2002 and has served in several positions
within TotalEnergies. She is currently the Finance Manager of TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC and has previously served as a
Corporate & Project Finance Manager, Marketing & Services (MS) Branch - Africa perimeter based in France, SAP Program
Manager for MS, Africa Perimeter based in France, Controlling Manager, SAP Coordinator and Financial Accountant at
TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC. Lawrencia is also the Country Ethics Officer and an alternate Director to Mr Guillaume Navez
as well as a member of the Risks and Governance Committee of the Board. In addition to the TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC
roles, she is a Director for the TotalEnergies solar companies in Kenya specifically Isiolo Project Limited and, Isiolo PV Property
limited and also holds the role of the Treasurer of the Safe-Way- Right-Way NGO. |

| MR ADELE TURA - Strategy & Corporate Affairs Director Mr. Adele Tura was born in 1967 and holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of
Nairobi, a Bachelor of Education (Arts) Degree from Kenyatta University and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources
Management from the Institute of Human Resources Management. Mr Tura has over 26 years of experience in Human Resources
Management and prior to joining TMK, he worked for Nation Media Group Ltd. He previously served as the Human Resources
& Administration Manager at TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC, Regional Human Resources Manager at TotalEnergies Africa and
as a Senior Talent Developer of TotalEnergies Marketing & Services (Eastern and Southern Africa countries). Currently, he is the
Strategy and Corporate Affairs Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC and was appointed as alternate Director to Jean
-Philippe Torres with effect from 21st September 2022. He also serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director with the Eastern
& Southern Africa Trade and Development Bank. |

| CHRISTOPHE WITTMANN- Commercial Manager – (Network, Sfs, Card, Customer Service And Brand Communication) Mr. Christophe Wittmann holds a Degree from the NEOMA – Reims Management School. He joined TotalEnergies in 2001 and has
worked in Europe and Asia serving in different positions including IT Project Manager, Pricing Manager, Network Regional Manager,
Marketing & Service Strategy Officer and Vice President for Retail. He was the Shop, Food, Services & Customer Centricity
Manager for Africa until august 2021 when he was appointed as TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya Commercial Manager for Retail,
Cards, Customer service, Brand Communication and Shop Food and Services. |

SAMUEL MISOI - Planning And Supply Manager Mr. Samuel Misoi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a focus on Finance from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and is also a registered member of ICPAK. He joined TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC in 2007 and has held several positions within the company. During his tenure, he has worked as the Financial Accounting Manager for 3 years, the Controlling Manager for 4 years, the Middle Officer for 2 years, the Cost Agility Coordinator, and the Management Accountant, among other roles within the company. In August 2024, he was appointed as the Planning and Supply Manager. Prior to this appointment, he was serving as the Financial Accounting Manager within the Finance department. |

HENRY KWAME ADZEWODA - Commercial Manager Specialties Henry Kwame Adzewodah holds a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He joined TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana Plc in 2007 and has served in various capacities: Lubricant Engineer (3 years), Mines Lubricant Engineer (4 years), Mines Technical Support Manager (2 years), and Lubricant Manager (part of the affiliate’s Management Committee) for 6 years, driving the sales, marketing, and technical activities of lubricants for TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana Plc. In 2022, Henry joined TotalEnergies Lubrifiants, Paris, as the Lubricant Pricing, Revenue & Coordination Manager responsible for the Africa Zone. Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Henry worked with Mobil Oil Ghana Limited as Mines Industrial Sales Representative for lubricants, overseeing 5 gold mines. |

| MR SANDIP MUKHERJEE - Commercial Manager B2B Mr. Sandip Mukherjee joined TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC as the Commercial Manager B2B in February 2018. He holds an
MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Previously he has been
associated with the GAPCO Group for seventeen years in various roles in the downstream petroleum markets in East Africa. His
last position was General Manager – Sales for GAPCO Kenya Ltd. He had also worked in India with Multi-National Companies like
ESAB and has varied experience across petroleum downstream, engineering, management consultancy and international business
development. |

| MS. ELIZABETH SOTUMINU - Operations Manager Ms. Elisabeth Sotuminu holds a Masters in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the
University of Lagos. She is a member of the Institute of Engineers and the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria
(COREN). She has over 27 years of experience in the Oil Industry. She has worked with TotalEnergies in Africa and Europe, serving
in different positions, including: Managing Director at TotalEnergies Sierra Leone, Operations and Mining Manager at TotalEnergies
Ghana, HSE Manager, and Engineering Manager at TotalEnergies Nigeria, and as the Business, Logistics Engineer responsible for
Central and East African countries in Paris. Before being appointed Operations Manager, she was an Internal Auditor in based in
Paris. |

| MR MARTIN MUTUMA - Head of Human Resources & Administration Martin Mutuma holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (K) and an Executive Marketing Diploma from MSK (K). He
joined TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC in 1999. During his tenure, he has worked as Business Development Manager (3 Yrs),
Brand & Communications Manager (7yrs), Marketing Services Manager (3 yrs) and Training & Development Manager among other
roles. Before joining TotalEnergies, Martin Mutuma worked for Coca-Cola, Nairobi Bottlers as a Sales & Marketing Executive and in
December 2022 he was appointed as Head of Human Resources & Administration in TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC. Prior to
this appointment, he was a Talent Developer within the Human Resources department. |

| MR. JAPHET MTWANA MWATSAMA – HSEQ Manager Mr. Japhet Mtwana Mwatsama holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He brings over 18 years of operations experience in the downstream oil business, having worked for ExxonMobil Logistics Division and Chevron Aviation before joining TotalEnergies Kenya PLC in 2009. He has served in various positions at TotalEnergies, including Aviation Superintendent, Manager LPG Operations, Terminal Logistics, and Head of Lubricants Operations. In August 2024, he was appointed HSEQ Manager. Prior to his appointment, he was Head of Methods and Control for Africa based at the company headquarters in Paris, France.. |
