The Purchasing Section of TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya is responsible for the purchasing and procurement of all non-petroleum goods and services required by all departments of the company, both for internal use and for re-sale to our customers. This includes managing the company's purchasing tender process. Additionally, the Section manages the disposal of assets that are no longer required for the company's business.
It is also responsible for registration of new suppliers, maintaining the supplier database, coordinating contractor performance improvements, enforcing of purchasing controls and best practices, and, managing supplier relationships.
The objectives of the Purchasing Section are to ensure that the right quantity and quality of goods and services are supplied to TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC on time and at the right total cost of acquisition through a competitive sourcing process- satisfying internal and external customers' needs, in accordance with their needs specifications and scopes of works.
Potential suppliers may apply for registration by sending their company profiles to the email address provided below. Once registered, suppliers are invited to participate in our purchasing process through Request for Quotations, Request for Proposals or Invitations to Tender depending on the nature and amount of the purchase.
